Scott Rakestraw
Scott Rakestraw oversees the development and delivery of the UQube product suite and ensures that client programs deliver measurable results. Rakestraw has an extensive background in product development, analytics, channel development, category and brand management, and consulting, and provides ongoing technology and analytics leadership for market leading companies including Vonage, Sprint, DIRECTV, and OMD, as well as multiple others. Before co-founding Upper Quadrant, Scott worked with companies such as Logitech, Micrografx (Hallmark Card Studio), MGI Software, and Globalink to leverage analytics and technology to establish cutting-edge category management programs. Throughout his career, Rakestrawhas consulted with Fortune 1000 companies to define, design, and implement e-business, and marketing operations solutions that enable his clients to secure market leadership. A fan of technology, Rakestraw is a master of multiple programming languages and technology suites. Prior to Upper Quadrant, Rakestraw was Director of Digital Solutions at Iconixx

Chris Senio
A seasoned marketing and technology professional with sixteen years of experience in designing and developing technical solutions to solve business problems, Senio oversees product development and deployment of the UQube product suite. Mr. Senio has extensive consulting and delivery experience having served in lead technical roles at American Management Systems and as Division Manager of Noblestar's Oracle Solutions Division. Over the years, he has provided marketing, strategy, management and technology services to financial, consumer product, utility and government institutions including: Sprint, Citicorp, Vonage, Giant Food Corp, BG&E, Nextel, Reed Elsevier, FAA, McGraw Hill.

Bill Vance
Responsible for new client acquisition in the Analytics, Direct Product Sales and Business Process Consulting business for Upper Quadrant. Extensive background in the Call Center industry spanning over fifteen years driving customer acquisition and support strategies for Fortune 500 companies both in the US and on a worldwide basis. Most recently employed by SITEL Corporation as Senior Vice President of Business Development from 1997 through 2002. Prior to SITEL, Vance was co-founder and President of Support Systems Developers Inc. a sales, support and customer acquisition business.
