If you were CEO of McDonalds, what would you do to drive revenue?  My colleagues and I have a game of asking difficult questions to exercise our minds, typically aimed at spicing up lunch conversation.

One question puzzled me until my puzzler was sore. Why do commercial toilet seats have open fronts?  I searched the web and even got my wife obsessing to find the answer.  Finally, my wife, who is smarter than I am, emailed Bemis, a large toilet seat manufacture.

According to Betty at Bemis, not all commercials have open fronts but many do.  The perception is that the open front makes the seat easier to clean.  As it turns out, it is purely a matter of personal preference.

McDonalds

I can't comment on the toilet seat questions but in terms of McDonalds they have done a tremendous job in enhancing their product offerings especially in the salad and sandwich areas. Also they are in the process of re-doing their restaurants to give them that "come and stay awhile" appeal.

If I was McDonalds I would offer a grilled cheese sandwhich.. simple but it appeals to both youth and 25-45 years olds....a like.....think about it
